The other day my teacher, Peter Chilton, made a video with me and some of my classmates in it for a Nikon contest. Its suuuuper cute and if you don't smile after watching it then you are the Grinch.
Hey, I'm curious how he got those reactions! My guess is he said "Try as hard as you can to keep a straight face" and waited until you cracked up. Am I right? (Or is it a trade secret?)
Well first he sat me down and told me to be serious...which was a challenge because as you know, I'm normally pretty giggly. then, once i was relaxed, he told me to think of my all time favorite Christmas present. For some reason I thought of the 3 story pink Barbie house (with an elevator) I got when I was 5. He asked everyone that same question. I think most of us smiled or smiled excessively because we know our teacher was trying to get us to laugh. Knowing all the people in the video, I just love how everyones reaction is SO there personality.
Wow, that's cool! I'm always curious about stuff like that, how people create reactions they want. But I think if someone asked me to think of my favorite present, I'd probably just wrinkle my forhead and look like I was trying really hard to remember! That's awesome that the Barbie house is what came to mind for you.
